A project-wide renovation at Prestonwood Place, included building new facades throughout, converting a vacant Service Merchandise into Class-A office space, adding new landscaping, reconfiguring the parking layout to improve circulation, and creating a new half-acre park, activated by new ground-floor restaurant space.
