The Shops at Park Lane Block D Renovation

The Block D renovation at The Shops at Park Lane created an opportunity to re-envision a vacant Dick’s Sporting Goods box located at the main intersection of the project.

The Shops at Park Lane Phase II

Phase II at The Shops of Park Lane created a much-needed front door + arrival experience and created an activated central gathering place for the overall 33 acre, 1.5M sf project.

Domain Block C Office

Strategically located in the heart of the Domain NORTHSIDE, the Block C office tower will contain 400,000 SF of state-of-the-art Class AA office space. The 23-story building features conventional, efficient office floor plates along with 5 floors of boutique offices with 20-foot floor-to-floor heights and direct structured parking access. The amenity-rich design offers a sky lobby, tenant lounge, conference facility, and 5,000 SF landscaped roof terrace. Each floor of the office building features outdoor balconies that offer views of the Hill Country to the west of The Domain. It’s location in the heart of Domain NORTHSIDE makes it the most walkable office offered in The Domain submarket.

Hillside Village

A project-wide redevelopment at Hillside Village, included creating new facades throughout, erecting new monument signage, reconfiguring the parking layout to improve circulation, and constructing a new Sprouts grocery store as the anchor from the ground up.

Prestonwood Place

A project-wide renovation at Prestonwood Place, included building new facades throughout, converting a vacant Service Merchandise into Class-A office space, adding new landscaping, reconfiguring the parking layout to improve circulation, and creating a new half-acre park, activated by new ground-floor restaurant space.

Freshfields Village Phase II

Phase II at Freshfields Village was comprised of four separate buildings located throughout the site, along with a new waterfront gathering space at the terminus of the main street. The creation of new restaurant and retail space and a second point of activation for the project shifted the center of gravity for the asset, which helped draw customers further into the destination and resulted in better merchandising.
