Domain Block C Office

Freshfields Village Phase II

Phase II at Freshfields Village was comprised of four separate buildings located throughout the site, along with a new waterfront gathering space at the terminus of the main street. The creation of new restaurant and retail space and a second point of activation for the project shifted the center of gravity for the asset, which helped draw customers further into the destination and resulted in better merchandising.
